🔑 One code opens everything. Sign in here once and every tool — Estimator, Photos, Customers, all of it — opens with the same code. Your phone remembers it.
📱 The grid is your home screen. Real apps (Estimator, Sales Kit…) open in a new tab; the rest (Documents, Follow-ups, Notes, Drafts…) open full screen right here — the Close button or Esc brings you back. Owner sign-ins get a second 🔒 owner & admin section below the line: Mail, Price Sheet, QXO, Office Console, Team Pipeline, Price Sweeps.
📆 Work Calendars live at the bottom of this page — tap the bar and the whole team's schedule folds open right here.
🔓 Make it yours: hold any icon about half a second — the icons jiggle — drag them into whatever order fits how you work, then hit Done. The layout is saved on this phone; anything new we add shows up at the bottom without touching your order.
🔴 Red bubbles on icons are live counts — unread mail, overdue follow-ups, repricing waiting on an owner. If an icon is quiet, nothing needs you there.
🔎 The top bar searches EVERYTHING as you type — start typing a name, address, vendor, dollar amount or material and the results appear live: customers, quotes, projects, money, mail, photos, materials and the price book, all grouped, all tappable, all scoped to what your code can see.
💬 Or ask LBOS a question. Type it in the bar — "what are my commissions this month?", "what's pending in my pipeline?", "what do I sell Hardie at?" — then tap 🤖 Ask LBOS at the top of the results. The assistant answers from live company data and hands you buttons: open the customer, jump to a sheet, or a 🧮 Start this estimate button with the homeowner already filled in. It knows who's asking — your commissions and pipeline are yours alone, selling prices are the tiers, and company cost data stays owner-only.
💼 Selling a job is one straight line: quote it in the Estimator → tap Open in Sales Kit to push that quote into the Contract Builder → sign on screen → Submit once. The project, the sold quote, and the QuickBooks invoice all happen by themselves. A homeowner can hold several quotes — push the one they said yes to, delete the dead ones from their page. Full walkthrough: 📖 Tool Guides → “Selling a job.”
⏰ The chips under the search bar are today: 📅 appointments · ⏰ overdue follow-ups (red = act now) · 🧾 quotes submitted today · ✍️ signed today (when you've closed one) · 💵 collected today (when money came in) · 🚧 jobs starting this week · 📉 price changes (red = repricing needs an owner) · 📧 unread. 📊 Your numbers card is live: open leads, quoted, sold, sold volume and commission, plus this month’s collected, money out and profit. Reps see their own numbers; owners see the company’s.
💵 Money photos file themselves. In Job Photos, shoot a receipt, a check, a sub payment or a supply-house bill under its money stage, type the amount, and it books into Receipts & Payments on the right job within seconds. Picked the wrong stage? Open the photo and change it in the viewer.
📁 Documents & Warranties is the paper shelf: the fillable contract & change order, the Warranty Guide for every product we carry (pull it up in the pitch), Tool Guides with a how-to sheet for each app, financing links, and the company manuals.
🧭 Inside any app, the bar across the top jumps straight between tools — you only ever see the ones your code opens. 🔒 marks owner & office tools; 👤 marks things only you can see.
📲 Put it on your home screen: in the browser menu choose “Add to Home Screen” — Legacy Home becomes a real app. If a tool ever looks stale after an update, close the tab fully and reopen it.
🖥️ On a computer, open Legacy Command (the Command Center): its ✦ Search LBOS bar answers "how do I…" questions with a link straight to the right panel, finds any customer, quote, job or payment, and Ask LBOS answers from live data.
💬 Stuck? Ask Nick or Gianna — or open 📖 Tool Guides in Documents & Warranties for the step-by-step sheet on any tool.
